Booking conditions and cancellation conditions

Please note that your booking will only be valid after receipt of a booking confirmation and the deposit amount. Inquiries to the hotel are non-binding and do not constitute a fixed booking.

Down payment conditions:
We ask you to pay 30% of the total amount of your arrangement within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation so that a binding reservation can be guaranteed.

Cancellation conditions 

You will not incur any cancellation fees up to one month before arrival!

28 to 22 days before arrival we would charge 20% of the invoice amount

21 to 15 days         30%

14 to 7 days         45%

6 days to 1 day     90%

at no show         100%

Also this applies to your booking:

• Cancellation free of charge up to the day of arrival in the event of border closure or entry ban to Austria / the Zell am See Kaprun region or exit ban from the home community

• Free cancellation in the event of a travel warning from the responsible ministry for the Zell am See / Kaprun region.

• Money-back guarantee: Should the above cases occur, the deposits will be refunded unbureaucratically within 7 days.
