From what time can I move into my apartment?

Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. You will receive the code for the key box with your booking confirmation.

When do I have to leave the apartment upon departure?

We generally ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. On request and subject to availability, a “late check-out” is also possible with a small surcharge. Please inform the reception in good time.

When and how do I pay for my stay?

When booking, we will inform you about the required deposit. Please pay the remaining amount by bank withdrawal before arrival.

When is my booking binding?

A booking is only binding once your deposit has been credited to our account. Inquiries are always non-binding and NO fixed bookings.

And what if I have to cancel my booking?

You can find more detailed information on our booking and cancellation conditions page. As a special service, we offer you the opportunity to take out travel expense insurance directly on the email confirmation.

Is smoking permitted?

Our house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is of course possible on the balconies and in the garden.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Of course, we are also happy about every animal guest - please let us know when you book who you are bringing with you. In some cases there may be costs.

Where can I park my car?

A parking lot for your apartment is reserved free of charge in front of the Apartmenthaus Gotthardt. It is one parking lot per apartment.

Can I use the internet?

Our WiFi is available free of charge in every apartment. You will receive the password upon check-in.

Is the Zell am See / Kaprun Card included in the summer price?

Yes! Our adventure card opens the door to sporty, cultural and natural highlights in Zell am See-Kaprun and the surrounding area! Enjoy Zell am See-Kaprun with the many discounts on the card. Also the mobility card is included in the summer card for free use of public transport.

Is the Apartmenthaus Gotthardt managed sustainably?

We try everything to offer the guests of our aparthotel the best possible service and at the same time to reduce the negative impact on the environment. Environmental protection and our ecological footprint are particularly important to us. Waste separation is a matter of course, which we also ask of our guests. With efficient thermal insulation, lower power consumption thanks to LED technology, energy-efficient electrical appliances, 100% electricity from hydropower, computer-controlled heating systems and a regional purchasing strategy, we help ensure that the little paradise of Zell am See Kaprun is preserved for future generations.
